Panasonic Trust: Instructions to Applicants
Before completing the
application form please read the leaflet
explaining the Scheme to ensure that you are
eligible. The form should be completed in
black ink using block capitals.

Number
Please specify a
location and number at which you can be
contacted during July to September.

Previous Employment
Please fill in all
employment including part-time jobs, not
necessarily connected to engineering, in
addition to sandwich course work placements.

Future Careers Plans
Please complete in as
much detail as you can. Trustees acknowledge
that your plans may change before completion
of the course.

Each application form
must be accompanied by two passport-sized
photographs.
Please return the
completed form and accompanying
documentation to
Panasonic Trust at the Academy's
address.
